• What are the opening hours of the swimming pool and wellness facilities?

  The swimming pool and wellness facilities are open daily for hotel guests. The swimming pool is accessible from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and the wellness area is open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• Are towels available in the wellness area?

  Yes, towels are available in the wellness area for use during your visit. You do not need to bring your own towels. After use, you may leave the towels in the designated laundry basket so they can be washed and hygienically reused.

• Is swimwear mandatory in the wellness area?

  Yes, wearing swimwear is mandatory in our wellness facilities.

• What temperatures are maintained in the swimming pool and saunas?

  The swimming pool is 29°C.
  The high-temperature sauna is 90°C, and the low-temperature sauna is 70°C.

• What house rules apply in the swimming pool and wellness area?

  Our house rules regarding the swimming pool and wellness area are as follows:

  General

  • Entry to the Wellness Center is entirely at your own risk. There is no personal supervision.
  • CCTV is used in public areas for the security of guests and staff.
  • The Wellness Center is exclusively accessible to hotel guests.
  • Guests under 16 years old are only allowed when accompanied.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Wellness Center.
  • Pets are not allowed in the Wellness Center.
  • Peace and quiet are highly appreciated by fellow guests.
  • Personal music is not allowed due to noise disturbance.
  • Please close the door when leaving the area for safety reasons.
  • Used towels must be placed in the designated basket.
  • For hygiene reasons, personal grooming is not allowed in the Wellness Center.
  • It is not permitted to consume brought-in food or drinks.

  • Showering is mandatory before using the swimming pool.
  • Personal swimming accessories brought from outside are not allowed.
  • No weights or other fitness materials are allowed in the pool area.
  • No diving.

  Wellness

  • Showering is mandatory before using the saunas.
  • Wearing swimwear in the saunas is mandatory.
  • Use of a large dry towel is mandatory in the saunas.
  • Electronic devices are not allowed in the saunas.
  • This includes mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, laptops, game consoles, etc.
• What is the policy for children in the swimming pool and wellness area?

  Guests under 16 years old are only allowed when accompanied.

  No, there is no lifeguard present.
