• Do I need to pay extra to use the secured bicycle storage?

  No, this is free during your stay.

• Can I charge my e-bike (battery) at the hotel?

  Yes, power outlets are available in the bicycle storage area.

  You can rent an e-bike or a 7-speed bicycle from us.

• Does the hotel offer assistance or pick-up service in case of a flat tyre or defective bicycle?

  Yes, in case of emergency you can always contact our reception.

  No, unfortunately these are not available.

  Yes, we have several cycling routes available.

  Our hotel guests can order a packed lunch the evening before at reception. These can then be collected during breakfast or at reception. Orders placed on the same day are also possible, but the waiting time will be longer.

• Can I reserve a packed lunch in advance?

  Yes, you can order this the evening before until 9:00 PM at reception.

• What is standardly included in a packed lunch?

  Our packed lunch standardly includes: 3 white or brown bread rolls with fillings, 1 bottle of soft drink or fruit drink, 1 currant bun, 1 piece of fruit, and 1 snack.

• Is it possible to adjust a packed lunch to dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free)?

  Yes, you can indicate this at reception, where you can fill in a form and request adjustments.

• How much does a packed lunch cost at the hotel?

  The price is €13.50 per person.

• Is it possible to order multiple packed lunches at once for groups or families?

  Certainly, the packed lunch is charged per person.

• Are walking routes also available at reception?

  Yes, you can receive maps with walking routes at reception.
