Check-in / Check-out

✔ Check-out until 12:00 PM

Late check-out is not possible for suites.

Bathrobes & Slippers

Bathrobes and slippers are included during your stay. Bathrobes must NOT be taken home.

Parking

Parking is free of charge.

House Rules

Please review our house rules. We kindly ask all guests to respect and accept these rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas. In case of violation, the hotel may impose a fine of up to €250.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the suites. Pets are allowed certain rooms on request.

Suite Regulations

Check-in, Check-out & Deposit

• A deposit of €100 is required at check-in, payable in cash, by debit card, or by credit card authorization.
• Any damages will be deducted from the deposit. In case of major damage, an invoice will be issued. Once the suite has been inspected, the deposit will be refunded.
• A valid identification document must be presented at check-in.
• If check-out is delayed, part of the deposit may be withheld.
• Bathrobes are provided for use during your stay.
• A maximum of two persons is allowed per suite.

It is not allowed to…

• Receive unregistered guests in your room.
• Rent the room under your name without staying in it yourself.
• Bring pets into the suite.
• Smoke in the suite.
• Use, trade, or possess drugs or nitrous oxide.
• Use specific decorations such as confetti.

Privacy & Liability

• We will always respect your privacy; however, we reserve the right to enter your room in case of violation of our house rules. If necessary, we may vacate the room and remove you from the hotel. In any cases not covered by these regulations, the management of Van der Valk Hotel Vianen - Utrecht will decide.
• The management of Van der Valk Hotel Vianen - Utrecht wishes you a pleasant and safe stay.
• If you are removed from the hotel, we are not responsible for any consequences and cannot be held liable for any fines and/or damages.
