Wellness Suite

House rules theme suite:

• It is absolutely forbidden to light candles because of fire regulations. The fire alarm will be activated immediately.
• In our suites, you can stay with a maximum of 2 persons.
• It is not permitted to receive unregistered or other guests in the room. If there are other guests in the room, you will be removed from the hotel.
• The check-out time for the suites is noon. At check-out, we will check the suite.
• There are no pets allowed in the suites.
• By the check-in a deposit for the suite will be asked of € 100,- in cash or bankcard, or an authorization will be made on the credit card, as a guarantee.
• Any damage or ignoring our suite regulations will result in a (total) deduction of the deposit. In case the damage is larger an invoice will be send. Once the suite has been inspected and left in a proper state, the deposit will be refunded in cash or cancellation of the guarantee.
• Deposit will be refunded only to the guest that has provided his/her ID at check-in. To receive the refund of the deposit an ID is mandatory.
• Providing a valid ID at check-in is required. In case the room has been booked for two persons, both persons need to provide a valid ID.
• Smoking is not permitted in the room, as well as the possess and using of any kind of drugs or nitrous oxide cartridges. If this rule is violated a cleaning fee of €250,00 will be applicable and you will be removed from the hotel. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony with the door closed.

If you do not follow the above rules, or if there is any damage, loss or destruction of property of Hotel Vianen detected this will lead to immediate removal, a liability claim and / or report to the police. There also will not be a refund for the room and the deposit will be deducted.

The undersigned declares to have taken notice of the above rules and agrees to comply by the rules.
