• Which meeting rooms are available?

  The hotel has several meeting rooms and multifunctional event spaces, including the New York, Chicago, London, and boardrooms such as Vienna. These rooms vary in size and are suitable for small to large gatherings.

• What are the capacities per room in theatre setup?

  The capacity per room in theatre setup varies by space: the New York room is suitable for approximately 700 persons in theatre setup. Other meeting rooms such as Chicago and London have lower capacities in theatre setup. We are happy to provide exact capacities upon request.

• What are the capacities per room in U-shape setup?

  In U-shape setup, the rooms offer various possibilities: larger spaces such as the Brussels room can accommodate around 40 persons in U-shape, and combinations of rooms such as London 1 & 2 also offer flexible U-shape capacities. For exact U-shape capacities per room, please contact us.

• What are the capacities per room in boardroom setup?

  The maximum capacity in boardroom setup is 12 persons. In our luxury boardroom (Manhattan), the capacity is 16 persons.

• Which audiovisual equipment (AV inventory) is standardly available in the rooms?

  • Meeting Package 1 – 1 half day €24.50 p.p.

  • Meeting Package 2B – 1 half day €57.50 & 2 half days €65.00 p.p.
  • Meeting Package 3 – 2 half days €89.50 p.p.

• Is room rental included in a meeting package?

  No, the meeting package does not include room rental.

• What is standardly included in the meeting packages?

  • Unlimited coffee, tea, and soft drinks
  • Sweet treats
  • Walking fruit (bags of sliced fruit)
  • Spring water, mints, and candy bars on the table
  • Use of flipchart and writing materials
  • Screen (connectable to your laptop with HDMI/VGA)

• Which catering options are available?

  Various catering options are available upon request.

• Which types of break-out snacks are available for business meetings?

  In our Business Lounge, we offer various sweet treats, bags of sliced fruit, and muesli bars.

• Are special dietary requirements or allergies possible, such as halal, kosher, or nut-free?

  Special dietary requirements or allergies are possible. If indicated in advance, these will be taken into account.

• How can guests request a copy of their invoice after departure?

  Guests can request a copy of their invoice by email.

• How can guests request a VAT specification after departure?

  Guests can request a VAT specification by email.

• When is a booking considered a group booking (number of rooms)?

  From 10 rooms.

• Which conditions apply to group bookings?

  Cancellation conditions for room reservations
  In case of cancellation of all or part of the reservation, the hotel charges the following cancellation percentages based on the cancelled value.

  We also offer the possibility to reduce 10% of the reserved number of rooms free of charge up to 2 working days before the first arrival date. On the day of arrival, you may still reduce a maximum of 5% free of charge until 12:00 noon. Cancellations must always be communicated to us in writing.

  • Cancellation up to 12 weeks before arrival date: 0%
  • Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival date: 50%
  • Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival date: 75%
  • Cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival date: 100%
